These Terms & Conditions govern your use of screensbykaidan.com and communications and services provided by Kaidan Design Inc., doing business as Screens by Kaidan (“Screens by Kaidan,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our website, submitting a service request, booking an appointment, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services and Appointments
Screens by Kaidan provides mobile window and door screen services. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, materials, and project requirements may vary depending on the requested work and service location.
Submitting a request or contacting us does not guarantee an appointment or specific service date. Appointments are confirmed separately through our scheduling system or direct communication with Screens by Kaidan.
2. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
Prices displayed on our website or communicated before an appointment may be starting prices or estimates based on the information provided. The final price may change if the actual dimensions, materials, condition, scope, or service requirements differ from the information originally supplied.
When practical, we will explain material changes to the expected price before performing additional work. Payment is due according to the estimate, invoice, or payment terms provided for the applicable service.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, service-location, access, and project information. Customers should disclose conditions that could affect access or completion of the work, including gate codes, pets, tenant or association restrictions, parking limitations, and other relevant property conditions.
Customers must have the authority to approve work at the service location or obtain approval from the property owner or other responsible party.
4. Electronic Communications
When you provide your email address or telephone number, you authorize Screens by Kaidan to contact you regarding inquiries, service requests, appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, and other matters connected to your relationship with us.
Electronic communications may be delivered through email, telephone calls, text messages, Jobber, or other service providers we use to manage customer communications.
5. Screens by Kaidan Text Messaging Program
Program name: Screens by Kaidan Customer Communications.
The Screens by Kaidan text-messaging program may be used for:
- Responding to customer questions and service requests;
- Scheduling and confirming appointments;
- Appointment reminders;
- On-my-way and arrival notifications;
- Estimates, invoices, receipts, and payment reminders;
- Service updates and customer support; and
- Promotional or marketing messages when permitted by law and consistent with your consent.
Message frequency varies depending on your requests, appointments, and interactions with Screens by Kaidan. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You are responsible for ensuring that the telephone number you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
6. Opting Out and Getting Help
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one final text confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive text messages unless you later provide consent again. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you through other permitted methods when necessary to complete an existing transaction or comply with law.

To the extent permitted by law, Screens by Kaidan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the website or delays or failures in electronic communications. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
